A.I consent to Fine Acers International and its authorised affiliates collecting, processing, and storing the personal and business information in this form for the sole purpose of evaluating and administering this partner application, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable international data-protection laws (including the GDPR where relevant).
B.I understand this information is treated as strictly confidential, shared only with the Fine Acers International advisory and compliance teams, and is never sold or listed publicly.
C.I confirm that all information and documents provided are true, accurate, and complete, and that any returns, escalation, or buy-back terms I communicate to investors will be represented strictly as assured / contractual per the applicable property agreement, and never overstated or misrepresented to investors.
D.I may request access to, correction of, or deletion of my data by writing to the contact address on this form, subject to lawful retention requirements.

04.I / We undertake NOT to use Fine Acers International leads, client data, pricing information, project materials, or any proprietary content for any competing product, during or after the term of the ABP agreement.
05.I / We have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Authorized Business Partner Agreement of Fine Acers International in its entirety.
06.I / We shall achieve a minimum of four (4) unit sales per month and maintain performance standards as stipulated in the Agreement.
07.I / We confirm that the office setup, staffing, and infrastructure commitments declared in Section 06 are genuine and will be fulfilled within the stated timelines.
08.I / We shall NOT accept any direct payment from buyers; all payments shall flow exclusively through Fine Acers
09.I / We shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, client data, pricing, project strategy, and business intelligence shared by the Company.
10.I / We confirm that there is no legal, regulatory, or ethical impediment to serving as an Authorized Business Partner.
11.I / We understand that submission of this application does not assure or entitle the applicant to appointment as an ABP.
12.I / We shall raise GST-compliant Tax Invoices for all commission claims and comply with applicable Indian tax laws including TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
13.I / We acknowledge that submission of false information may result in immediate rejection of this application or termination of the ABP agreement, without any liability to Fine Acers International
