Fine Acers International is the international expansion arm of Fine Acers Group, India’s emerging luxury hospitality developer headquartered in Jaipur.
Through our offices in Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, and London — alongside the India parent in Jaipur — we represent Fine Acers’ branded residence and resort investment portfolio to NRI and HNI buyers across the GCC, APAC, the UK, and Australia.
Every property we represent is professionally operated under globally recognized hospitality brands: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (the world’s largest hotel franchising company), Royal Orchid Hotels (India’s leading hospitality group), and Fine Acers’ own proprietary brands — KAMAH, The Ame, and EleMint.
Our role is access. We make Fine Acers’ India-based hospitality assets available to investors who want India exposure with professionally managed returns, without managing the property themselves.
How investment works
The sale-leaseback model.
The Fine Acers model is sale-leaseback. Approximately 70% of every property’s inventory is sold to individual investors. The inventory is then leased back into a professionally managed rental pool, operated by the resort’s hospitality partner.
Investors receive:
- Assured contractual returns, paid annually
- 25 complimentary nights across the Fine Acers portfolio every year
- One destination wedding event at their property
- Long-term capital appreciation with structured buyback options
Investors do not manage the property. The hospitality operator handles all operations, maintenance, marketing, and guest services. Investment entry starts from ₹55.51 lakhs.
