01 — The return

Paid from your booking — through construction.

Assured returns of 8–10% a year — your property’s own rate — from the date of your booking, not on possession, but while the resort is still being built. Once it is operational, you receive the higher of that assured rate or a 50% share of net resort profit, for the life of your holding.

02 — The stay

25 nights a year, across the world.

25 nights every year — 20 at any Fine Acers resort worldwide plus 5 at brand-operated resorts — for generations, and giftable or sellable if unused. Not limited to the resort you buy — your ownership opens every door in the collection.
03 — The wedding

A destination wedding, on us.

For every buyer booking on or before 31 August 2026: a once-in-a-lifetime complimentary destination wedding — a minimum 100 rooms, banquet hall and garden, 2 nights and 3 days, giftable and sellable. Keep it at your property’s assured rate, or forgo it at booking to add a point for the life of your holding.
