The ROI calculator illustrates the assured-returns model based on the contractual rates that apply to the property selected. Actual investment performance is governed by the specific lease and purchase agreements signed at the time of booking. Asset escalation values are illustrative and based on the publicly stated 13% per 5-year escalation milestone.
