ROI calculator and projections

The ROI calculator illustrates the assured-returns model based on the contractual rates that apply to the property selected. Actual investment performance is governed by the specific lease and purchase agreements signed at the time of booking. Asset escalation values are illustrative and based on the publicly stated 13% per 4-year escalation milestone.

Social media applications operated by Fine Acers International

Fine Acers International operates its own first-party social media publishing application named Fine Acers International (the “App”). The App is registered with each social platform we publish to — including TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube — and is used exclusively to publish and schedule marketing content from our owned brand accounts (such as @fineacersinternational on TikTok). Use of the App by Fine Acers International personnel is governed by these Terms. The App does not collect data from any third party; it only accesses the owner-connected business account on each platform.

Intellectual property

Fine Acers, KAMAH, The Ame, and EleMint are brands owned by Fine Acers International. Wyndham, Wyndham Grand, Dolce by Wyndham, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, and Regenta are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here under operating partnership arrangements. All other content on this site (text, photography, video, code) is copyright Fine Acers International unless otherwise marked.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fine Acers International is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
