Questions from the UAE and the Gulf

Before you enquire.

Can I buy a Fine Acers resort unit while living in the UAE?

For NRIs and OCI cardholders living in the UAE, yes, where the project confirms non-resident eligibility: resort units are generally open to them under FEMA, and the non-resident guide lists each project’s status.

How do payments from the UAE reach India?

From the UAE, by inward remittance through standard banking channels or through your NRE or NRO account. The right route depends on the source of funds and your bank; the non-resident guide explains the three routes.

Who handles my enquiry from the UAE?

The Dubai office (JW Marriott Marquis, Business Bay) is the first contact for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and works on Gulf Standard Time, one and a half hours behind India; the concierge desk issues the written quotation.
