This edition does not include named owner testimonials. A review is published only after the owner’s identity and written permission have been confirmed. We do not create customer quotations, ratings or review scores.

No. Sales availability and operating status are different. A project can be sold out while still under construction. Both states are shown separately in our project records.

The approved rate for your project applies for five years from full payment, then your share of resort profits. While the resort operates you receive the higher of the contractual return or your profit-pool share, never both. The full wording is on the ownership page. Ask for the unit-specific quotation and agreement and compare the invested amount, payment schedule, settlement rules and buyback counterparty.
