Fine Acers International ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data submitted through this website and through our offices across the UAE, India, Singapore, UK, and Australia.
What we collect
When you submit any form on this site — brochure request, callback request, ROI projection email, booking enquiry, contact form — we collect:
- Name, email, country, phone / WhatsApp number
- Free-text message (optional, on the contact form)
- Investment intent context (e.g. ROI inputs, property of interest)
- Marketing attribution parameters (UTM tags, referring page)
- IP address and basic device data via Cloudflare Web Analytics
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry — emails, WhatsApp messages, follow-up calls
- To send the documents or projections you requested
- To match you to a regional advisor
- To improve our marketing and site, in aggregate (no personal-data export)
Who we share with
We share lead information internally with Fine Acers advisors. We also share with select third-party processors who help us operate the site and contact you:
- Brevo — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — site hosting, analytics, R2 brochure storage
- n8n (self-hosted on our infrastructure) — workflow orchestration
- Sanity — content management
- Cal.com — booking calendar embed
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers. Any pixels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) load only after you accept the cookie consent banner.
How long we keep it
Active enquiry records: until you ask us to delete them or until our advisor relationship ends, whichever comes first. Marketing analytics: aggregated, 24 months. Anonymous web analytics: 12 months.
Your rights
Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and the EU/UK GDPR where applicable, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
User data deletion instructions
If you wish to delete the personal data we hold about you — including any data we obtained via Facebook Login, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, or any other social-platform connection — you can request data deletion at any time using one of the following methods. We complete every data deletion request within thirty (30) days of receipt and confirm completion by email.
- Email request (recommended): send a data deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address or social account identifier associated with the data you want deleted.
- Postal request: Fine Acers Tower, DCM, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — addressed to the Data Protection Officer.
- Facebook / Instagram users: the same email address above ([email protected]) handles Meta platform data deletion requests under Facebook’s Data Deletion Instructions requirement. We respond and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
Strictly-necessary cookies (Cloudflare session) load by default. Analytics and advertising cookies (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight) load only after you accept via the consent banner. You can change consent any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Social media publishing — the “Fine Acers International” application
Fine Acers International operates a first-party social media publishing application
named Fine Acers International (the “App”). The App is
registered with TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and
YouTube and is used exclusively to publish, schedule, and analyse marketing posts
from our own brand accounts (for example @fineacersinternational on
TikTok). The App does not collect data from any third-party users. It accesses only
the owner-connected Fine Acers International business account on each platform.
Specifically, on TikTok the App requests the scopes user.info.basic,
user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list,
video.publish, and video.upload — each is used solely
to identify the connected account, display the operator’s own follower stats,
list recently published videos, and upload + publish scheduled marketing videos.
No personal data of any TikTok user other than the connected account owner is
accessed, retained, or processed by the App.
