Operating partner across three marks

What the mark means here.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is among the world’s largest hotel franchising companies. In October 2024 it agreed a US$70 million development programme with KAMAH for four Trademark Collection hotels, and in February 2026 it announced the Dolce brand’s entry into India with the two Fine Acers resorts. Each project page states which mark it carries and its own construction state.

A brand mark describes the hospitality affiliation of a specific project. It does not assure returns or completion; the project agreement defines each party’s role.
