The question is not which is better. It is which arrangement you want to own: a unit that a hotel operator runs for you, or a house and land whose terms are your own.
Inside a branded resort

The unit is operated within the resort’s professionally managed hospitality arrangement; you are not running a rental. Personal use is through the annual stay privilege, not open-ended occupation of the unit. 25 nights a year: 20 at eligible Fine Acers resorts in India and 5 at participating Wyndham hotels; conditions apply.
Standing alone
KAMAH Wellness Farm Villas, Corgao, Goa: Freehold land with boundary, 6 BHK Villa with pool on 85 acres at Corgao. Resort-unit terms are not transferred automatically to this villa-and-land product. Its product-specific terms are confirmed on request.
KAMAH Wellness Plots, Paliem: Freehold wellness plots in the village of Paliem, North Goa: land, not a branded residence. Freehold land only. No contractual return and no managed-hospitality income: you are buying the plot, not an income stream.
