Granite hills, a quiet reservoir and leopard country: the KAMAH wellness resort at Jawai is planned as a low-rise retreat of suites, villas and tented pool residences.
The place
Jawai sits between Udaipur and Jodhpur, a landscape of granite outcrops, village pastures and the reservoir that gives the region its name. The resort is designed around that terrain rather than against it, with pavilions, pool terraces and tented suites stepped into the hillside.
Units are freehold resort units within a professionally managed hospitality arrangement, under the KAMAH brand with its documented Wyndham affiliation. The project is under construction, with opening planned for December 2027.
The project on sale
KAMAH Wellness Resort by Wyndham, Jawai: 94 units on 16.5 acres, under construction, opening planned for December 2027. Unit types on the current list: Deluxe Suite 1.5 BHK, Luxury Villa 1 BHK, Swiss Chalet 1.5 BHK, Presidential Pool Villa 3 BHK. On opening the resort is to be operated under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, the mark agreed between KAMAH and Wyndham in October 2024.
The contractual return is 9% a year for five years from the date of 100% payment, then your share of resort profits. A written buyback at the invested amount plus 25%, five years from full payment. Full ownership terms, qualifiers and the illustration desk are on the ownership page.
The farm residences are a different product
KAMAH Wellness Farm Villas, Jawai (61 units on 7 acres) is a separate release of 1 BHK Farm, 2 BHK Duplex Farm in the same landscape. Resort-unit terms are not transferred automatically to this farm-villa product. Its product-specific terms are confirmed on request. A shared destination does not make the two interchangeable.

Which unit types are offered at Jawai?

Is the leopard country setting part of what I own?
You own a freehold unit within the resort. The landscape, the reservoir and the wildlife are the setting, not an asset or a service in the unit agreement.
Can I buy a Jawai farm residence instead of a resort unit?
They are different products. Resort-unit terms are not transferred automatically to this farm-villa product. Its product-specific terms are confirmed on request. Non-resident eligibility for a land product is stated on its own project page.
Who will operate the resort?
On opening, KAMAH Jawai is to be operated under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham. A brand mark describes the hospitality affiliation of a specific project. It does not assure returns or completion; the project agreement defines each party’s role.
