How to read a delivered resort against a project on sale
A delivered resort shows that the developer has taken a KAMAH project from plan to operation. It does not show that another project will follow the same timetable: each project on sale states its own construction state and planned opening, and the contractual dates in your unit agreement are the ones that bind.
Two KAMAH resorts are on sale today: KAMAH Wellness Resort, Jawai (94 units on 16.5 acres, opening planned for December 2027) and KAMAH Wellness Resort, Coorg (125 units on 20 acres, opening planned for December 2029). Both are to be operated under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham on opening.

Can I buy a unit at KAMAH Anjuna?
No. Anjuna is sold out and operating; it is shown as a record of delivery. The KAMAH resorts on sale are KAMAH Wellness Resort, Jawai and KAMAH Wellness Resort, Coorg, each with its own page and terms; the KAMAH farm villas and plots are separate land products.
Are the Anjuna photographs recent?
