The purchase does not need a flight to India. It needs the right order of steps and an office that answers in your hours. Dubai runs on Gulf Standard Time, one and a half hours behind India, and the Dubai desk is the one that handles the UAE and the Gulf.

The steps, in order
Each step waits on the one before it; doing them in this order avoids rework.
- Confirm eligibility for the product type: resort units are residential property under FEMA; farm villas and plots may be restricted.
- Settle the payment route with your bank: direct remittance, NRE or NRO. The route decides repatriation; the plan decides the dates.
- Take the private briefing and the shortlist with the diligence pack: title, leaseback terms, payment schedule.
- Choose the unit and the plan (45 days, 90 days, one year, or ten quarterly instalments).
- Complete KYC remotely; sign on a visit or by attested power of attorney; the sale deed is registered in your name.
The terms are the same from anywhere
The approved rate for your project applies for five years from full payment, then your share of resort profits. A written buyback at the invested amount plus 25%, five years from full payment. Full ownership terms, qualifiers and the illustration desk are on the ownership page.

Do I pay in dirhams or rupees?
Units are priced in Indian rupees. Your bank converts and remits; the route you choose (direct remittance, NRE or NRO) decides what is later repatriable.
Can the Dubai office sign for me?
No. Signing is yours, on a visit or through an attested power of attorney prepared in your country of residence. The office prepares the pack and walks you through it.
When is the Dubai desk available?
In Gulf Standard Time office hours (one and a half hours behind India). The briefing is booked in your hours, not India's.
